  • Delivery/courier partners, including international couriers where you order for delivery outside the UK
  • IT and hosting providers who host our website and store our data
  • WhatsApp Business (Meta), if you choose to contact us via WhatsApp – messages sent this way are subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy
  • Analytics providers, specifically Google Analytics (via Google Site Kit), to understand how visitors use our site. Google may process this data outside the UK; we rely on the UK’s International Data Transfer Agreement/Google’s standard contractual clauses as a safeguard.
  • Regulators or authorities, where required by law

Some providers may process data outside the UK, including couriers handling international deliveries. Where this happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (such as the UK’s International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations). We do not sell your personal data.

6. Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep your basket/account session working (strictly necessary), remember your preferences (e.g. wishlist), and measure site usage (analytics). We use Google Analytics (via Google Site Kit) to collect anonymised statistics on how visitors use our site, such as pages viewed and time spent on site. Analytics cookies are only set once you give consent via our cookie banner; you can withdraw consent at any time by reopening your cookie preferences (link in the footer). Strictly necessary cookies (e.g. those needed for checkout) do not require consent and cannot be disabled, as blocking them would stop parts of the site from working. For more detail on the specific cookies used, see our Cookie Policy.

7. How long we keep your data

  • Order and account data: for as long as your account is active, and for 6 years afterwards to meet UK tax/accounting record-keeping obligations
  • Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent
  • Enquiry/contact data: up to 2 years after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is needed to resolve a dispute

8. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data, restrict or object to certain processing, request a portable copy of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact info@egypto.shop – we will respond within one month.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), ico.org.uk, telephone 0303 123 1113.

9. Children’s privacy

Our website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
