Egypto started with a simple frustration — what UK shelves called “Egyptian” rarely was. Mass produced trinkets. Dates that tasted like an afterthought. Nothing that felt like the real thing.
So we brought it home ourselves. Founded in Manchester, built for anyone who wants a taste of Egypt done right, not just people who grew up with it.
Our Vision
We never wanted to just import and stop there. Egypt makes more than any one shop could bring over alone — food, fashion, art, craft, real people behind every piece of it. They deserve a direct route to the world.
